Exhaust systems with EC approvals, equipped with our ESM system ( electronic sound management ) are complying with the EC 97/24 Regulation in the activated and deactivated modes / versions. They are street-legal in both modes, concerning staticnoise, drivebynoise and EC 97/24 emmissions. *Exhaust systems with EC approvals, equipped with our MMV* system ( manuall mechanically adjustable* ) are complying with the EC 97/24 Regulation in closed version only. They are street-legal in closed mode, concerning staticnoise, drivebynoise and EC 97/24 emmissions. If you turn the torqueconverter / adjuster to it`s open position, the EC 97/24 EC regulation requirements are not fulfilled anymore and the EC approval will expire. In this Position the MMV* system is not street-legal anymore. In this position, it`s only for non public roads or race courses. **Exhaust systems with EC approvals, equipped with our NVT** system ( non adjustable Turboclick) or our NVS** system ( non adjustable unscrewable) are only complying with the EC regulations 97/24 with the Db-killer mounted / screwed into the mufflers . If the db killer is taken out off the NV** systems, The EC 97/24 EC regulation requirements are not fulfilled anymore and the EC approval expires. With the db killer taken out, the NV** systems are not street-legal anymore. In this position, it`s only for non public roads or race courses. Exhaust systems without EC approvals, equipped with our ELV system ( electronic adjustable ) is not complying with the EC 97/24 regulations in any version or mode. One reason is, that it`s in both modes louder than EC 97/24 regulations would require. They are not street legal , and only to be used on non public roads or race-courses.
